HOW WE WORK

CREATE A BRIEF

You may already have a clear idea of what you want or you may need some inspiration, help and guidance.

Either way, your new kitchen begins with us coming to your home to meet you, view your space, and start discussing ideas.

From our discussions, we will take a brief, measure the space and conduct a thorough survey to ensure 100% accuracy.

We will cover everything necessary to create the brief, including
furniture styles, colours, worktops, sinks, taps, flooring, lighting, decoration and any building work you may require.

IDEAS TO DRAWINGS

From our discussions, we will draw CAD images for you to review.

At this stage, changes and revisions can be made. It is your kitchen so it is important you are happy with the layout, style and design.

From here, we will produce a quote for the work covered in the brief.

On your approval of the designs and quote, we will prepare a work schedule with a realistic time frame and also ask for a deposit for your project.

TRANSFORMATION BEGINS

The work begins with the planning and preparation.

Discussions are had with our production team to talk about the practicalities of the task ahead. By anticipating any issues at the start, we are able to deliver the highest quality product to your home.

Drawings are given to the workshop, appliances and worktops ordered, skilled tradespeople are engaged (gas, electrical etc), local authority building control (if necessary), structural engineers are contacted… and the list goes on. This is our work, what we do best!

On the given day, the old kitchen goes and the new kitchen is installed, along with any building works. We will endeavour to keep any dust to a minimum and will manage the whole project with our team.

PROJECT COMPLETION

Once the work has been completed, we will go through any snagging with you.

Gas and electrical work will be signed off and any building work will be signed off by Building Control at the local authority.

We’ll also go through the technical stuff like how to operate the underfloor heating or how the new cooker works.

Only at this point will we ask you to sign off job completion, leaving you to enjoy your new kitchen!
